The basic reason why most humans reason that a government is requisite for the survival and development of the human race and the basic reason why resources are expended frequently to ensure the proper placement, displacement and replacement of persons in power is because we believe the government, in whatever form, is the only machinery which can effectively provide a people’s means of livelihood, ‘welfarism’ and security. For a government then to spring up, as many have done, and execute the absolute reverse is therefore a conventional deviation from the essence and ideality of governance. It is no longer a government; it is a ‘misgovernment’.
